Dear David,

If you are ordering online direct from the GRO on www.gro.gov.uk then in the
page number box you can follow the number with
'? - not clear on index' - this shows them that you aren't certain and they
will check that they have the correct names on the cert before sending it -
I have done this in the past and it has worked.
